The national Spanish newspaper, Expansion, ran a property supplement in which they featured Marbella calling it "the engine of economic recovery". A report by Engel & Völkers real estate company cited that sales in this market have tripled in 2021. The supplement featured Vista Lago as one of the best properties to buy in the area.
