1- How would you describe the Absolute Prestige philosophy?

At Absolute Prestige, as the name suggests, our focus is on providing a prestigious experience for all of our clients. Our philosophy is rooted in the idea of offering an exceptional and exclusive service to each client. 2- What do you feel sets your agency apart from others in this area?

We are one of the longest-established real estate agencies in the area, operating now for over 24 years! We are a family business, with four family members working in our agency: Doris (the Manager), Carlos (Co-owner, Head of Sales), Yasmin (Administration), Celine (Marketing) and our focus is on authenticity and making people feel at home.

3- What are the most challenging, and satisfying parts of your work?

Our daily challenges include the fast-paced nature and unpredictable circumstances of real estate. Satisfying aspects include helping clients find their dream homes and building lasting relationships as we do so.

4- What are the current trends in the Marbella real estate market, and how do you see them evolving over the next few years?

There is a strong demand for large, modern and impeccable villas in prime Marbella areas. We see that the Marbella real estate market will continue to experience robust growth over the next years.

5- What qualities do you believe make up an effective real estate professional?

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to build trust and provide personalised advice to clients.

• Strong market knowledge and adaptability.

6- What types of properties are most in demand right now?

Large, modern key ready villas

7- What advice would you give to someone looking to invest in Marbella real estate, especially in terms of avoiding common pitfalls;

• Research thoroughly and understand the local market trends.

• Work with trusted professionals to ensure due diligence.

• Avoid rushing decisions and consider long-term value and location.

8- Which area in Marbella is your favourite, and why?

Nueva Andalucía, including La Quinta, due to its excellent location close to Puerto Banús, Marbella and San Pedro.

9- Our current project, Vista Lago Residences, is located in Real de La Quinta. What do you think of this area?

Real de La Quinta is a fantastic location surrounded by nature, with stunning views and yet so close to the action in Puerto Banus, Marbella or San Pedro.
