You are fairly new to the Marbella area, having recently opened an office on the Golden Mile, how do you see the market in Marbella at the moment?
The Marbella market is currently very strong. There is a high demand for luxury properties, and prices are continuing to rise. We are seeing a lot of interest from international buyers, particularly from the United States.
What do you feel sets your agency apart from others in this area?
Our unique combination of global reach and local expertise. We have the resources of a large international company, but we also have a deep understanding of the Marbella market. What qualities do you believe make up an effective real estate professional?
An effective real estate professional is someone who is knowledgeable about the market, a good negotiator, and a great communicator. They should also be patient, understanding, and have a strong work ethic.
What are the most challenging, and satisfying parts of your work?
The most challenging part of my work is keeping up with the ever-changing market. The most satisfying part is helping our clients achieve their real estate goals.
Marbella has seen a sharp increase in US customers buying homes here, is this a trend that you see continuing?
Yes, I see the trend of US customers buying homes in Marbella continuing. Marbella is a very attractive destination for American buyers, with its beautiful weather, stunning beaches, and world-class amenities.
In the luxury Marbella market prices continue to rise, do you think they will continue to do so during the rest of this year?
It is difficult to say for sure, the market is complex and there are a number of factors that can influence prices. However, the current market conditions are strong, and I believe that prices are likely to continue to rise in the near future.
Which area in Marbella is your favourite?
The beauty of Marbella is the variety it offers! Each area has its own unique charm and appeal, so I love helping clients discover which one best suits their lifestyle.
What do you think of the area that Vista Lago is located in – Real de La Quinta?
Real de La Quinta is a beautiful and sought-after area in Marbella. It is home to a number of luxury golf courses and resorts, and it offers stunning views of the mountains and the sea.
