Great progress is being made on the Vista Lago plot, with construction having been underway for over 7 months, and the infrastructure virtually complete, the villas are now starting to take shape.
The North, South and Secondary road layouts are now complete, along with the South car park. The retaining wall of the Control booth is also complete.
Some of the villas are currently having their retaining walls meshed with concrete whilst others, as can be seen in the images below, are undergoing reinforcement of the foundations.
During the first quarter of 2025 we expect the first villas to be finished – although this could be the end of 2024 if things continue at the scheduled pace.
Next month we will use drone footage to show the continued progress.
